A gentleman rang another florist, opened with a cheerful “Hi Julie!”… and got the reply: “Sorry, I’m not Julie!”
He told me he was so set on speaking to me, he didn’t even check the number first! He laughed, apologised, and rang me straight away to tell me the whole story.
He said: “I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this order — I just knew I had to speak to you.”

✅ Direct sun & heat dries petals out fast, speeds up aging and causes wilting.
✅ Temperature swings from sun to shade stress stems and blocks water uptake.
✅ Strong drafts from open windows or vents pull moisture away even quicker.
✅ Warm water speeds up bacteria growth, clogging stems so they can’t drink.
✅ Where to put them instead:
A cool, light spot away from direct sun, radiators, fruit bowls and draughts — they’ll stay fresh and beautiful for so much longer.

We are not the same florists.

The quality of your flowers is excellent and your arrangements are always beautiful. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after seeing what you achieved at my son’s wedding.
